Hi! So, i haven't been able to do sets lately, because of the holidays and everything, so I decided to do 2 in 1, for christmas and for new years! Before I start writing like crazy, i wanna wish Merry Late Christmas & Happy 2013 to all of you! Thank you so much for what you helped me accomplish! (: So, I made a list of my favorites of the year, hope you like it! xD
-favorite song of the year: Taylor Swift - State of Grace, Katharine McPhee - Shake It Out, Glee - Some Nights
-song that represents 2012: Phillip Phillips - Home (because my boyfriend studies out of his hometown, so I take care of him here :D and also because Phillip is amazing.)
-most heard song(s): Maroon 5 - Payphone, Taylor Swift - Red (addicted forever in these songs)
-best performance live: Taylor Swift's I Knew You Were Trouble at the AMA's (incredible!!)
-favorite tv show: Glee (I almost voted for Hart of Dixie, but the 4th season of Glee is breathtaking!)
-worst tv show: Miss Universe. This year I was really surprised!! The Australian and Brazilian Misses were stunning, and, no offense, miss USA was beautiful, but not compared to them. I guess Miss Universe equals Miss it's-in-my-country-so-I-win. But no worse than Miss Universe 2007, Nathália Guimarães should have won and everyone knows that, she was a goddess.
-favorite movie: The Amazing Spider Man, The Hunger Games, The Avengers, The Impossible (I cried more in this movie than in my entire life, it's a heartbraking, tragic, beautiful story that everyone must know!) and Titanic 3D *u*
-least favorite movie: Prometheus. I know everybody likes this movie, but i just thought it was disgusting and unpleaseant hahaha :D
-favorite book: I read a lot of books this year and can't think of a better book than Juliet by Anne Fortier, I really really liked it. A brazilian book, the first of a trilogy, also caught my eye, it's called Sábado a Noite (Saturday Night), about the social relationships in a private high school for rich kids, and obviously there are the 'losers' group, but in this book, these losers form the most appreciated band in the town! Of course no one knows that because the band is always wearing masks and white makeup. The story's addicting and beautiful! And of course, a book that isn't from 2012, actually is from 1932, but has never been more applying to our society, Brave New World from Aldous Huxley.
So i'm gonna stop here because you must be tired of reading, but these are my main thoughts about entertainment this year! See you in 2013. HAPPY HOLIDAYS :D
